Can I get a custom or personalized order?


We love custom items. Please provide as much detail as possible when communicating about this item. We will create a drawing of your piece and get it approved before any work is done.




How are your items packaged?


We will package your product to withstand almost any shipping mishap. Most of our items will be shrink wrapped and banded to a pallet.




Do you accept returns?


Any merchandise returned to the Seller must have an authorization. Without this authorization this item be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense. Orders must be returned within 30 calendar days after receipt. Seller will not process any credit on authorized returns until the merchandise is received and inspected. Fully returned orders will be subject to a restock fee of 15% of the order total. Partially returned orders will be subject to a restock fee of 15% of the price of the merchandise returned.




What payments do you accept?


Payment may be made by credit card or check at the time that the order is placed. Accepted credit cards include the following. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will not accept COD orders.

We are required to collect local sales tax for all orders delivered within Oklahoma.

If paying by check, orders won't be shipped until the check has cleared. Payments by check can be made out to Metaltech, Inc.
